1. Nepal was found in September 25, 1768 by king Prithivi narayan shah. Prithivi Narayan Shah was the first monarch of Kingdom of Nepal.

2. Nepal has never been colonized by any country so nepalease people never celebrate independence day. Although,The Anglo-Nepalese War (1 November 1814 – 4 March 1816) was fought between neplease army and British forces of the East India Company. In this war nepal own 3 battles out of 5 so british could not colonized nepal and war was settled with Treaty of Sagauli.
